Why didn't I receive my whole order?

J&P Cycles has multiple shipping facilities, this enables us to have the parts instock where you need them.  However,  occasionally this may cause your order to ship in multiple shipments.

Checking the status of an existing order?  You can now check the status of your order quickly through our on-line order tracker?  Just enter your order number and the ship-to name.  It's that easy! When visiting our home page you will find the order status link at the top of our web page.
