Web - How do I access my information through the web?

Why can't I find my gold club, additional shipping addresses, credit cards, contacts, order history or shopping cart contents? Be sure to log in, so our system will recognize you. You must enter your billing address and save it. If you are a current or past J&P Cycles® customer, please use the billing address and email you think we have on file for you (no punctuation) when creating your new online account. If you are not sure what information we have on file, call customer service at 1-800-318-4823 and ask. This will allow us to keep all of your past purchasing history within one account. If your billing address or email has changed since your original J&P account was established, you can change it after you log in successfully with your old account information.

In addition, when you need to make any changes to your account information, make the changes online instead of calling customer service, otherwise, your account history may be lost. If you need further assistance finding your account history, email the webmaster at webmaster@jpcycles.com.
