How can I tell if my order has shipped?

New:  You can now check the status of your order quickly through our on-line order tracker?  Just enter your order number and the ship-to name.  It's that easy! When visiting our home page you will find the order status link at the top of our web page.

In addition, if you have a valid email address, J&P will send you an email when your order ships. The email will contain information such as what shipped, if your order did not ship complete, your order total, ship method, and tracking number if available. If you ordered UPS, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a tracking number and a link to track your package from your home computer.

The Post Office does not always provide tracking numbers.
