Q. How do I purchase a J&P Cycles Gift Card?

A. You can purchase a Gift Card online, by telephone, or a J&P Cycles retail location.

Q. How do I redeem a J&P Cycles Gift Card?

A. You may use your J&P Cycles Gift Card on the web, you will see this choice on your checkout screen; by telephone tell your sales representative that you have a J&P Cycles Gift Card; or at a J&P Cycles retail location or Mobile Showroom, simply present your Gift Card at the register.

Q. How do I activate my Gift Card?

A. The Gift Card is activated when you receive it. There is no activation procedure required.

Q. How soon will my J&P Cycles Gift Card arrive?

A. Your card should arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping method.

Q. Where is my card number located?

A. You will find the number on the back of your Gift Card, below the magnetic strip

Q. Can I buy something that costs more or less than the gift card amount?

A. Yes, if your purchase totals less than the Gift Card amount you will have a balance on the card. If your purchase totals more you would simply pay the difference with another payment option. Your Gift Card can be reloaded at any time.

Q. Can I return or refund my Gift Card?

A. Yes, it will be credited back to the original form of payment. Just follow the return instructions on the back of the invoice that came with the Gift Card and we will complete your refund.

Q. How do I check the balance on my J&P Cycles Gift Card?

A. You can check it online at www.jpcycles.com, by calling the 800 number on the back of the card, or by presenting it to a sales associate at a J&P Cycles retail location.

Q. What can I buy online with J&P Cycles Gift Cards?

A. Any product on our website, except other Gift Cards.

Q. Do I need to keep my Gift Card after I've used it?

A. No. The J&P Cycles Gift Card are not reloadable.

Q. What shipping options are available when I order J&P Gift Cards?

A. Shipping options for J&P Cycles Gift Cards include: Standard (7-10 business days), 1 day, 2-day, and 3-day.

Q. Do dormancy fees apply to J&P Cycles Gift Cards?

A. J&P Cycles does not charge any dormancy fees to any of their Gift Cards.

Q. Do I have to pay tax when I purchase a Gift Card?

A. Gift Cards are not taxed when purchased; however, shipping and handling fees for purchases may be subject to sales tax. Any applicable taxes will be charged when the Gift Card is redeemed.

Q. Can I have a Gift Card delivered to my friend?

A. Yes, depending on the first 30 days and under $1000.00 procedure.

Q. May I reload my Gift Card?

A. No. J&P Cycles Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Q. Does my Gift Card have an expiration date?

A. No. Please keep your card, even if you have depleted the balance it can be reloaded again and again.

Q. What if my Gift Card has been lost or stolen?

A. Please contact customer service via telephone with all the information you can provide such as when it was purchased, name of the purchaser, etc and we can assist you. This process may take 24-48 hours.

Q. Can I pay with more than one Gift Card?

A. Yes, just present any number of Gift Cards for your purchase. Online use of Gift Cards is restricted to 15 Gift Cards per purchase.

Q. Can I store Gift Card information in my account?

A. No, we are unable to store this information in your account.
