There is no place to enter your Gold Club number. You are recognized as a Gold Club member through your billing address. Whatever address you enter online as your billing address must match the address we have in house for you. Be sure they are the same. Send us an e-mail or call 1-800-318-4823 to confirm the billing address you have on file . After you are recognized as a Gold Club member, you will be able to redeem your discount online and change your personal account information. However, you will not see the actual amount of discount on your order until the final purchase page. Therefore, your discount will not be visible in your online shopping basket.
